Use #1: Identify Problems - Take Corrective Action

Low intensive monitoring conducted within a year after installing plant materials will indicate if there are plant establishment problems. If monitoring catches these problems early, corrective actions can be taken which include protecting plants from animal damage, weeds, and disease. Or if plants have died, to replant or resow the area.
