Timeline

1. The tri-agency (for a forest service road, this includes the local state DOT, the Forest Service, and WFLHD) calls for project proposals.
2. Tri-agency discusses and ranks each project proposal
3. Project identification report (PIR) is developed
4. Road projects are selected
5. Cross-functional team is formed, which includes a revegetation specialist
6. Data collection and site surveys are conducted by revegetation specialist
7. Findings from surveys are discussed and reported in the reconnaissance report
